The waitress by the pool Carmen was our waitress when we reserved a bed and she was beyond pleasant and willing to get us any service drinks or food we needed. The entertainment is on top there’s is always something happening they are full of energy and interactive but also there’s other pools that are quite if that’s what you would prefer. The spa is beyond amazing we had a couples massage and it was very relaxing the spa is very big and pleasant as all the staff. The food is delicious at all restaurants. They follow up for almost any service request you have which I found amazing. Once we arrived to our room it was decorated as I requested to celebrate myboyfriend’s birthday not only that we stepped out to go to the pool and they had come back and brought a fake and a bottle of champagne to celebrate his birthday on top they call to follow up and make sure my request was as I expected. Everyone one is very pleasant and there’s nothing you ask them to do for you that they would not accomodate. Our stay at Hard Rock was beyond amazing since the moment we arrived at the hotel.
